Newsletter signup is optional. Here is what we collect, how it is used, and how to leave the list.
What this site collects
You can browse this site without signing up. We do not run advertising pixels or site-owner analytics, and we do not intentionally set non-essential cookies for browsing.
The hosting and security providers may process standard technical logs, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access, as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the site.
Free newsletter and updates
If you sign up and agree to receive the newsletter, we store your email address, optional first name, signup date, consent wording version, and whether you signed up on the homepage or newsletter page. Capt. Solomon D. Crowe / 10X Through the Fire uses these details to manage newsletters and updates about network marketing, articles, recipes, wellness, and training. Joining is free and does not require a purchase or an associate call.
The list is stored with our website hosting provider, Cloudflare. Access to subscriber exports is restricted to the site owner. Signing up does not verify ownership of an email address. When signup notifications are enabled, Formspree processes a copy of your email address, optional name, signup date, source page, and consent version to notify Solomon. We also record whether that notification was accepted or needs attention. These notifications go to the site owner; they do not subscribe you to a separate mailing list.
Automatic confirmation emails and newsletter campaigns are not yet connected. Before a service is connected to send newsletters to subscribers, this notice will identify it.
To limit abusive submissions, a short-lived hashed network identifier and request count may be stored for the current hour. Expired records are removed on subsequent signup requests. The newsletter database does not store your raw IP address.
You can unsubscribe using the personal link supplied with a newsletter or by emailing solcrowe@me.com from the subscribed address. Unsubscribing removes you from active exports. We retain the opt-out and consent record to avoid adding you back by mistake; email us if you want to rejoin or request deletion.
Owner access
Newsletter administration requires the owner to sign in with ChatGPT. That protected area uses the identity information supplied by the hosting sign-in service to restrict access. Newsletter subscribers do not need an account.
Associate call requests
The associate call questionnaire prepares an email draft on your device using the answers you enter. Those answers are held temporarily in the page and are not submitted to or stored in a website database. You must send the email yourself to complete a request. The information you send is used to review your business inquiry and respond about scheduling; submitting a request does not book a call or add you to a marketing list.
Email links
Selecting an email link opens your own email application. The site does not receive your information unless you choose to send a message. Information you email is used to answer your inquiry and is not added to a marketing list without separate express consent. Please do not send sensitive medical, financial, or identification information by email.
External sites
Links to external websites—including Isagenix—are governed by those sites’ own privacy, cookie, and transaction practices.
Retention and questions
Information sent by email may be retained where reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or comply with legal obligations. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to solcrowe@me.com.
