Crowe’s Kitchen · Apple & sage
Apple Sage Harvest
Lemon adds a tart edge to apple and mango sweetness, while sage contributes a restrained savory aroma. The apple juice gives this golden spritz an orchard-fruit accent, finished with a thin apple slice and a single whole sage leaf.

How to mix it
- 1
Stir the apple juice and lemon juice together in the glass, then dip the apple slice into the mixture and set it aside briefly.
- 2
Gently rub the sage leaf between your fingers, add it to the glass, and add the ice.
- 3
Pour in the chilled BEA Mango Mimosa last and stir gently once or twice.

Tuck the apple slice into the drink, leave the sage leaf whole, and serve immediately.
The finishing touch
