Coconut Lime Drift

Lime offsets the mango sweetness, while a generous splash of coconut water adds a mild, nutty fruit note. This pale gold spritz has a light body and a gently tropical finish, with a lime wheel providing a fresh citrus scent.

The finishing touch

Choose plain coconut water rather than coconut milk or sweetened coconut cream to preserve the light body.
