Frozen Mango Lime Slush
Lime cuts through the double layer of mango sweetness from frozen fruit and the drink base. Blend the fruit and ice first, then fold in chilled BEA for a pourable, icy spritz with a golden color and soft fizz.

One glass · US measures
- 6 fl oz BEA Mango Mimosa, well chilled (177 mL; ½ of a 12 fl oz can)
- ½ cup frozen unsweetened mango chunks
- ½ fl oz fresh lime juice (1 Tbsp)
- 2 fl oz cold water (4 Tbsp)
- ½ cup crushed ice
The 6 fl oz of BEA contributes approximately 63 mg caffeine. All other ingredients in this recipe are caffeine-free.
How to mix it
- 1
Place the frozen mango, lime juice, cold water, and crushed ice in a small blender cup.
- 2
Pulse, then blend briefly until an icy fruit mixture forms, stopping to scrape down the sides with the blender switched off if needed. Do not put BEA in the blender.
- 3
Pour the icy fruit mixture into the tumbler, then slowly pour in the chilled BEA Mango Mimosa last.
- 4
Fold together gently with a long spoon, allowing any foam to settle between pours, and serve immediately.
The finishing touch
Use small frozen mango pieces and a small blender cup. Adding BEA loosens the mixture into an icy spritz, rather than a thick frozen dessert.
Serve alongside: Salted tortilla chips and mango salsa
