Crowe’s Kitchen · Kiwi & lime
Kiwi Lime Spark
Kiwi and a small squeeze of lime bring a tart green-fruit note to the sweet mango base. Muddled kiwi gives this spritz a pale green haze and a scattering of tiny black seeds, with a soft, lightly pulpy texture.

One glass · US measures
- 6 fl oz BEA Mango Mimosa, well chilled (177 mL; ½ of a 12 fl oz can)
- ¼ cup peeled, diced ripe green kiwi
- ¼ fl oz fresh lime juice (1½ tsp)
- 1 thin lime wheel for garnish
- ¾ cup ice cubes
The 6 fl oz of BEA contributes approximately 63 mg caffeine. All other ingredients in this recipe are caffeine-free.
How to mix it
- 1
Place the diced kiwi and lime juice in the glass.
- 2
Muddle until the kiwi is mostly broken down, then add the ice.
- 3
Pour in the chilled BEA Mango Mimosa last and stir gently to lift the kiwi through the drink.
- 4
Slide the lime wheel against the inside of the glass and serve immediately.
The finishing touch
Use a ripe kiwi that yields slightly when pressed; underripe kiwi can make this drink sharply sour.
Serve alongside: Cucumber and avocado sushi rolls
