Crowe’s Kitchen · Creamy & frozen
Mango Vanilla Velvet
Mango and oat milk make a soft, spoon-coating smoothie with a small hint of alcohol-free vanilla. The ripe fruit provides the main sweetness, while a modest amount of ice keeps the blend cold and drinkable. Its creamy green-gold color suits the mellow tropical flavor.

The flavor balance
Mango supplies a strong fruit aroma and gentle sweetness that can round out grassy notes. Oat milk gives the blend a soft texture, while a very small vanilla measure adds a familiar sweet aroma.
Ingredients
One glass · US measures
- 1 serving Isagenix Greens, measured according to your current canister’s serving directions
- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk, chilled
- 1/2 cup frozen ripe mango cubes
- 1/8 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla flavoring
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
- 1 thin mango slice, for garnish
Measure the Greens according to your current canister’s serving directions. Use chilled liquids and wash fresh produce before preparing.
How to make it
- 1
Pour the oat milk into a blender and add the frozen mango and alcohol-free vanilla flavoring.
- 2
Add the Greens and blend for 30–45 seconds until the mango is smooth and the powder is dispersed.
- 3
Add the ice and blend briefly until the smoothie is cold, creamy, and pourable.
- 4
Pour into a 20 fl oz rounded stemless glass, garnish with the mango slice, and serve immediately.
Taste and adjust
For a slightly fuller mango texture, increase the frozen mango from 1/2 cup to 2/3 cup.
Mixologist’s tip: Pause after the first blend and scrape any mango from the blender wall before adding the ice.
Serve alongside: A plain waffle with sliced fruit
