- 6 fl oz BEA Citrus Sunrise, well chilled (177 mL; ½ of a 12 fl oz can)
- 1½ fl oz apple juice (3 Tbsp)
- ½ fl oz fresh lemon juice (1 Tbsp)
- ¼ tsp peeled, finely grated fresh ginger
- 1 thin apple slice for garnish
- ¾ cup ice cubes

How to mix it

Stir the apple juice, lemon juice, and grated ginger together in the glass.

Dip the apple slice into the juice mixture to wet both sides, then set it aside briefly.

Add the ice, then pour in the chilled BEA Citrus Sunrise last and stir gently.

Tuck the apple slice into the top of the drink and serve immediately.
The finishing touch
