Crowe’s Kitchen · Berry & rosemary
Blueberry Rosemary Breeze
Lemon lifts the blueberries' mellow sweetness, and rosemary adds a restrained piney aroma. A lightly muddled berry base gives this citrus spritz a violet tint with floating fruit pieces, while a short rosemary sprig keeps the herbal note gentle.

One glass · US measures
- 6 fl oz BEA Citrus Sunrise, well chilled (177 mL; ½ of a 12 fl oz can)
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- ½ fl oz fresh lemon juice (1 Tbsp)
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig, about 2 inches long
- ¾ cup ice cubes
The 6 fl oz of BEA contributes approximately 63 mg caffeine. All other ingredients in this recipe are caffeine-free.
How to mix it
- 1
Add the blueberries and lemon juice to the glass and muddle until most of the berry skins split.
- 2
Lightly clap the rosemary sprig between your palms, then place it in the glass with the ice.
- 3
Pour in the chilled BEA Citrus Sunrise last and stir gently once or twice.
- 4
Position the rosemary near the rim and serve immediately.
The finishing touch
Keep the rosemary whole; crushing its needles can overwhelm the softer blueberry flavor.
Serve alongside: Roasted mushroom flatbread
