Cranberry Orange Lantern
Cranberry's tart edge meets orange sweetness, with a little lemon keeping the finish brisk. This rosy citrus spritz brings a familiar autumn fruit combination to a tall glass of ice, finished with an orange half-wheel for a fresh peel aroma.

One glass · US measures
- 6 fl oz BEA Citrus Sunrise, well chilled (177 mL; ½ of a 12 fl oz can)
- 1 fl oz cranberry juice cocktail (2 Tbsp)
- 1 fl oz orange juice (2 Tbsp)
- ¼ fl oz fresh lemon juice (1½ tsp)
- 1 thin orange half-wheel for garnish
- ¾ cup ice cubes
The 6 fl oz of BEA contributes approximately 63 mg caffeine. All other ingredients in this recipe are caffeine-free.
How to mix it
- 1
Pour the cranberry juice cocktail, orange juice, and lemon juice into the glass.
- 2
Stir the juices together and add the ice.
- 3
Pour in the chilled BEA Citrus Sunrise last, then stir gently from the bottom once or twice.
- 4
Slide the orange half-wheel against the inside of the glass and serve immediately.
The finishing touch
Use the sweetened cranberry juice cocktail listed here; straight unsweetened cranberry juice makes a much sharper drink.
Serve alongside: Turkey and cranberry sliders
