Crowe’s Kitchen · Frozen berry & lemon
Raspberry Lemon Snowdrift
Raspberry and lemon bring bright tartness to the sweet citrus base in this pourable, icy spritz. Frozen berries create a vivid pink color and a naturally seedy texture, with chilled BEA stirred in after the fruit and ice are blended.

One glass · US measures
- 6 fl oz BEA Citrus Sunrise, well chilled (177 mL; ½ of a 12 fl oz can)
- ½ cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
- ½ fl oz fresh lemon juice (1 Tbsp)
- 2 fl oz cold water (4 Tbsp)
- ½ cup crushed ice
The 6 fl oz of BEA contributes approximately 63 mg caffeine. All other ingredients in this recipe are caffeine-free.
How to mix it
- 1
Place the frozen raspberries, lemon juice, cold water, and crushed ice in a small blender cup.
- 2
Pulse, then blend briefly until an icy fruit mixture forms, stopping to scrape down the sides with the blender switched off if needed. Do not put BEA in the blender.
- 3
Pour the icy fruit mixture into the tumbler, then slowly pour in the chilled BEA Citrus Sunrise last.
- 4
Fold together gently with a long spoon, allowing any foam to settle between pours, and serve immediately.
The finishing touch
Use crushed ice and a small blender cup for this single-serving quantity. The finished drink will be an icy spritz, rather than a thick frozen dessert.
Serve alongside: Shortbread and fresh berries
