Crowe’s Kitchen · Melon & mint
Watermelon Mint Shallows
Lime gives juicy watermelon a tart counterpoint, while mint supplies a cool herbal aroma. Small pieces of muddled melon soften the citrus base and tint the drink pink, making a fruit-forward spritz with a lightly pulpy texture over ice.

Muddle the watermelon and lime juice in the glass until the melon is mostly broken down.
- 2
Add 3 mint leaves and press them gently once or twice, then add the ice.
- 3
Pour in the chilled BEA Citrus Sunrise last and stir gently to combine.
- 4
Lightly clap the remaining mint leaf between your palms, place it on top, and serve immediately.
