Coconut Lime Tide
This spare coconut-and-lime cooler keeps the lemon-cucumber side of Greens in view while giving its grassy finish a softer landing. Coconut water supplies gentle sweetness, and a teaspoon of maple syrup is available if the lime and Greens makes the drink too tart.

The flavor balance
Coconut water brings a mild sweetness without adding a heavy fruit texture. Lime echoes the citrus character of the base, so the green notes remain noticeable but share the sip with a fresh, familiar flavor.
Ingredients
One glass · US measures
- 1 serving Isagenix Greens, measured according to your current canister’s serving directions
- 3/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons chilled coconut water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup, optional
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 thin lime wheel, for garnish
Measure the Greens according to your current canister’s serving directions. Use chilled liquids and wash fresh produce before preparing.
How to make it
- 1
Pour the coconut water and lime juice into a measuring jug.
- 2
Add the Greens and whisk until evenly dispersed, scraping the sides of the jug if needed.
- 3
Taste the still mixture; if you want a rounder finish, whisk in the optional maple syrup.
- 4
Put the ice in a 16 fl oz glass, pour in the cooler, and garnish with the lime wheel. Stir gently before drinking.
Taste and adjust
For a softer finish, add the listed optional 1 teaspoon maple syrup before pouring over ice.
Mixologist’s tip: Start with fully chilled coconut water; this simple blend becomes more aromatic as it warms.
Serve alongside: Avocado toast with cucumber
