Mango Ginger Island Cooler
Ripe mango brings a soft, fragrant sweetness to a smooth green cooler with a quiet ginger finish. A measured splash of lime keeps the fruit lively, and plenty of still water lets the drink pour easily over ice without becoming a heavy smoothie.

The flavor balance
Mango adds enough body and natural sweetness to round out the earthy green flavor. A small amount of ginger adds aromatic warmth without competing with the fruit or amplifying the grassy finish.
Ingredients
One glass · US measures
- 1 serving Isagenix Greens, measured according to your current canister’s serving directions
- 3/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup ripe mango cubes
- 1/8 teaspoon finely grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 thin mango slice, for garnish
Measure the Greens according to your current canister’s serving directions. Use chilled liquids and wash fresh produce before preparing.
How to make it
- 1
Put the water, lime juice, mango cubes, and ginger in a blender.
- 2
Add the Greens and blend for 30 seconds, until the mango is smooth and the powder is dispersed.
- 3
Fill an 18 fl oz glass with the measured ice and pour in the mango mixture.
- 4
Stir gently and tuck the mango slice onto the rim. Serve while cold.
Taste and adjust
For a little more warmth, increase the ginger from 1/8 teaspoon to 1/4 teaspoon total.
Mixologist’s tip: Grate the ginger finely so a small measure spreads through the whole drink.
Serve alongside: Coconut rice with roasted vegetables
