Pineapple Lime Greenwave

Juicy pineapple gives this cooler a generous tropical middle, while lime adds a crisp edge and coconut water keeps the texture light. The blended fruit leaves a little body, helping the grassy character of Greens sit within a rounded, fruit-forward sip.

The flavor balance

Pineapple supplies sweetness and acidity that can soften the impression of a grassy base. Coconut water gives the lime room to brighten the drink without making every sip sharp.

Ingredients

One glass · US measures

  • 1 serving Isagenix Greens, measured according to your current canister’s serving directions
  • 3/4 cup chilled coconut water
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 cup ripe pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 small pineapple wedge, for garnish
  • 1 thin lime wheel, for garnish

Measure the Greens according to your current canister’s serving directions. Use chilled liquids and wash fresh produce before preparing.

How to make it

  1. 1

Add the coconut water, cold water, lime juice, and pineapple chunks to a blender.

  2. 2

Add the Greens and blend for 20–30 seconds, until the powder is dispersed and the pineapple is finely blended.

  3. 3

Put the ice in an 18 fl oz glass and pour the cooler over it.

  4. 4

Stir once, then garnish with the pineapple wedge and lime wheel. Serve promptly, stirring again if the drink settles.

Taste and adjust

For a gentler citrus finish, use 2 teaspoons lime juice and 1 additional teaspoon of the listed water.

Mixologist’s tip: Use pineapple that smells sweet at the stem end; underripe fruit makes this combination noticeably sharper.

Serve alongside: Grilled chicken tacos with avocado
