Frozen Peach Lemon Cooler

Frozen peaches make this lemon-and-pear cooler icy without needing a large pile of ice. Pear juice gives the green base a mellow fruit foundation, while lemon keeps the finish bright. The blend should flow easily into the glass, with a soft yellow-green color and gentle peach aroma.

The flavor balance

Pear juice supplies mild sweetness that can soften both lemon and the earthy green base. Frozen peach adds body and a clear stone-fruit aroma without the richness of a milk-based smoothie.

Ingredients

One glass · US measures

  • 1 serving Isagenix Greens, measured according to your current canister’s serving directions
  • 1/2 cup pear juice
  • 7 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes
  • 1 thin fresh peach slice, for garnish

Measure the Greens according to your current canister’s serving directions. Use chilled liquids and wash fresh produce before preparing.

How to make it

    Pour the pear juice, water, and lemon juice into a blender and add the frozen peach slices.

    Add the Greens and blend for 30–45 seconds, until the peaches are smooth and the powder is dispersed.

    Add the ice and pulse just until finely crushed and pourable, scraping the blender sides if necessary.

    Pour into a 20 fl oz tall tumbler, set the fresh peach slice on the rim, and serve immediately.

Taste and adjust

For a gentler lemon finish, use 2 teaspoons lemon juice and 1 additional teaspoon of the listed water.

Mixologist’s tip: Let very hard frozen peach slices stand for 3 minutes before blending if your blender struggles with frozen fruit.
