Green Apple Ginger Press
Apple juice supplies a familiar orchard sweetness, lemon adds a clean edge, and a small measure of ginger gives the finish a little warmth. This quick, cloudy cooler suits a grassy green base without requiring much fruit preparation; a thin apple fan adds the fresh aroma.

The flavor balance
Apple juice creates a sweet, recognizable foundation for the earthy green flavor. Lemon and restrained ginger add sharper top notes, keeping the overall impression crisp rather than heavy.
Ingredients
One glass · US measures
- 1 serving Isagenix Greens, measured according to your current canister’s serving directions
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 7 tablespoons cold water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon finely grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 3 very thin green apple slices, for garnish
Measure the Greens according to your current canister’s serving directions. Use chilled liquids and wash fresh produce before preparing.
How to make it
- 1
Pour the apple juice, water, and lemon juice into a blender and add the ginger.
- 2
Add the Greens and blend for 15–20 seconds, until the powder is dispersed and the ginger is distributed.
- 3
Put the ice in an 18 fl oz glass and pour in the apple cooler.
- 4
Overlap the three apple slices into a small fan and tuck them against the inside rim. Serve promptly.
Taste and adjust
For a warmer ginger finish, increase the ginger to 1/4 teaspoon total.
Mixologist’s tip: Slice the garnish just before serving so the apple fan stays fresh-looking.
Serve alongside: Sharp cheddar and whole-grain crackers
