Kiwi Pineapple Garden Cooler

Sweet pineapple softens the lively tang of ripe kiwi in a fresh, lightly textured green blend. Tiny kiwi seeds remain visible, giving this garden-style cooler a fruit-driven look and a pleasant finish. A little pineapple juice ties the fruit together without turning the drink syrupy.

Serving suggestion: a cloudy green pineapple-kiwi cooler dotted with tiny kiwi seeds, served over ice with a kiwi wheel in a tall glass on a clean garden table.

The flavor balance

Pineapple supplies sweetness that can keep kiwi and the green base from tasting too sharp together. Kiwi contributes a fresh fruit aroma that fits naturally beside cucumberlike green notes.

Ingredients

One glass · US measures

  • 1 serving Isagenix Greens, measured according to your current canister’s serving directions
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1 ripe kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup ripe pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 thin kiwi wheel, for garnish

Measure the Greens according to your current canister’s serving directions. Use chilled liquids and wash fresh produce before preparing.

How to make it

  1. 1

Add the pineapple juice, water, chopped kiwi, and pineapple chunks to a blender.

  2. 2

Add the Greens and blend for 15–20 seconds, just until the fruit is finely blended and the powder is dispersed.

  3. 3

Place the ice in an 18 fl oz glass and pour the cooler over it.

  4. 4

Stir gently and set the kiwi wheel on the rim. Leave the kiwi seeds in the drink and serve promptly.

Taste and adjust

For a milder kiwi edge, replace 1 tablespoon of the water with 1 tablespoon more pineapple juice.

Mixologist’s tip: Choose a kiwi that yields slightly to gentle pressure; very firm fruit can taste sharply sour.

Serve alongside: Turkey and avocado wraps
