Raspberry Peach Sparkler
Raspberry gives this peach sparkler a lively berry edge, with sweetened peach nectar supplying a rounder middle. The berry mixture is strained before the Greens go in, keeping most seeds out while retaining the powder. A final sparkling-water pour brings a light, festive finish.

The flavor balance
Peach nectar rounds out the tart raspberry flavor and can soften the earthy impression of Greens. Removing the berry seeds before adding the powder gives the fizz a lighter texture without straining away the Greens.
Ingredients
One glass · US measures
- 1 serving Isagenix Greens, measured according to your current canister’s serving directions
- 1/4 cup sweetened peach nectar
- 6 tablespoons cold still water
- 6 tablespoons chilled plain sparkling water
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 3 fresh raspberries, for garnish
Measure the Greens according to your current canister’s serving directions. Use chilled liquids and wash fresh produce before preparing.
How to make it
- 1
Blend the peach nectar, still water, and 1/4 cup raspberries for 15–20 seconds.
- 2
Press this fruit mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a measuring jug, leaving the seeds behind. Do this before adding any Greens.
- 3
Whisk the Greens into the strained still mixture until dispersed, then pour it over the ice in a 20 fl oz goblet.
- 4
Slowly add the sparkling water to the open glass and stir once gently. Never blend or shake the carbonated mixture.
- 5
Thread the three garnish raspberries onto a short cocktail pick, rest it across the rim, and serve immediately.
Taste and adjust
For a sweeter peach note, replace 1 tablespoon of the still water with 1 tablespoon more peach nectar.
Mixologist’s tip: Press gently while straining; forcing every seed against the mesh is unnecessary for a lightly pulpy cooler.
Serve alongside: Goat cheese and peach toast
