Strawberry Pineapple Meadow

Strawberries bring a fragrant berry note to a pineapple-led cooler with a little lemon for definition. The whole fruit gives the drink a soft, pulpy texture rather than a clear juice finish. Expect a muted rosy-olive blend as the berries meet the green powder.

Serving suggestion: a softly pulpy rosy-olive cooler over ice in a clear tumbler with a strawberry on the rim, set on a checked picnic cloth beside berries and pineapple.

The flavor balance

Pineapple gives the green base a sweet-tart anchor, while strawberry adds a softer, fragrant berry layer. Keeping the lemon measured helps the combination stay fruit-forward instead of sharply acidic.

Ingredients

One glass · US measures

  • 1 serving Isagenix Greens, measured according to your current canister’s serving directions
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup hulled ripe strawberries
  • 1/4 cup ripe pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 small strawberry, for garnish

Measure the Greens according to your current canister’s serving directions. Use chilled liquids and wash fresh produce before preparing.

How to make it

  1. 1

Add the pineapple juice, water, lemon juice, hulled strawberries, and pineapple chunks to a blender.

  2. 2

Add the Greens and blend for 20–30 seconds until the fruit is finely blended and the powder is dispersed.

  3. 3

Put the ice in an 18 fl oz tumbler and pour in the berry-pineapple mixture.

  4. 4

Cut a small slit in the garnish strawberry, perch it on the rim, and serve promptly.

Taste and adjust

For a rounder berry sip, use 2 teaspoons lemon juice and 1 additional teaspoon of the listed water.

Mixologist’s tip: Use fully red, fragrant strawberries; pale fruit can leave this blend more tart than expected.

Serve alongside: Chicken salad sandwiches
