Measure the finished drink. Use chilled ingredients and a measuring jug marked in US fluid ounces. Make the drink up to the 8 fl oz line, then pour into a 10 fl oz glass for a little headroom. The recipes are served without ice; adding ice and letting it melt changes the volume.
Keep the E+ portion measured. These recipes use one full bottle. The manufacturer advises new users to start with half a bottle. For an 8 fl oz drink with that smaller portion, use 1 fl oz E+ and replace the omitted 1 fl oz with cold water; that is approximately 42.5 mg of caffeine. Follow your package for handling any opened product.
Count the caffeine. These drinks are for adults. Follow your bottle’s directions and consider caffeine from coffee, tea, other drinks, and supplements. The US FAQ states a maximum of two E+ bottles daily; this is a product limit, not a daily target. Caffeine sensitivity varies. Ask your clinician before use if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
Mix for flavor. Prepare and strain fruit or herb mixers before adding E+. Add sparkling water last in an open jug and stir gently. These original recipes have not yet been kitchen-tested; images are serving illustrations. Added ingredients change the nutrition. Prepare each drink fresh and serve promptly.
